The only required item students should bring to Gateway Academy each day is their school-issued Chromebook, which should be charged and ready to go. Here’s a list of other suggested supplies to bring on the first day of school:

• Notebooks (one for each subject)
• Pens and pencils
• Highlighters
• Erasers and a pencil sharpener
• A backpack
• Binders or folders for organizing handouts and assignments
• A water bottle
• Gym clothes and sneakers for physical education
• A planner or agenda to keep track of assignments and important dates
• Personal hygiene items (such as hand sanitizer and tissues)
